Esther Cachia

Esther's upbringing in Malta and the UK, along with her roots in Sardinia, has fostered a strong connection to the sea. After completing her studies in International Tourism Management, Esther decided to relocate to Mallorca, one of the major hubs for the superyacht industry in the Mediterranean.

Having accumulated over seven years of experience in the superyacht industry, Esther possesses extensive knowledge of the industry's workings and dynamics. Her interactions range from dealing with Captains, yacht managers, and crew members to engaging with owners and various industry professionals.

In her current role, Esther manages the day-to-day operations of the local Palma office. Her responsibilities include overseeing the smooth functioning of the office, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring that sales and charter processes proceed efficiently and successfully.
